Hiatal Hernia and anxiety

I was diagnosed with a medium Hiatal Hernia after endoscopy procedure.
I feel stomach pressure and pain all the time. Now as I was diagnosed my anxiety attack came back.
I am skinny and don’t want to loose weight, but as i should keep a diet I am loosing weight.
Scared and don’t know what will help me. I can’t take any medications as I start feel nauseous.
Anybody had this and know any solution?

Try staying away from eating anything spicy, too acidic like citrus fruits, chocolate or coffee. Those can make a hiatal hernia worse. Try it out for at least a week or two and see if that helps!
