Worried about oil in stool

After I used the bathroom, (and there was no actual bowel movements except for some gas) I saw dark red, almost blood looking floating spots in the toilet. The weird thing is that on the toilet paper was a bright orange color...
None of this was from the urine, it was clearly something else. I'm worried because I had seen oily orange floating spots months ago and now it's back.

I just want to add that I haven't eaten anything unusual. I had fiber one cereal for breakfast. That's all I ate.
