I don't know whats wrong with me.

I never really had these types of problems until about a year ago when I moved from Maine to Massachusetts. My diet did slightly change, which was what I thought may have caused many of the gas problems that I had. I hadn't gotten a doctor here yet, I went to the E.R. because of a severe problem with urinating and stomach issues. I was diagnosed with a UTI, and I've had 3 or 4 this year. I've also had 3 yeast infections (which I had never had before.) I told my doctor about the stomach problems. I didn't have bowel movements for literally over a week or so. Bedridden for two weeks. She suggested Fiber. I've been taking fiber every day since then, and I still have the problems. I have constant gas pain, in my chest, stomach area, and always on the left side of my body, and some of my back too. My stomach is literally constantly bloated, to the point where no weight can be put on it, none at all. I've gained a lot of weight this year also, around 15-20lbs. I'm always full, so no matter what I take in to my body, including water or any kind of food, I usually burp it up.. like when you've eaten too much food, or whatever. I also burp up what looks something like foamy, bubbly spit. A lot of it. It makes me nauseous sometimes, and I throw up every once in a while because of it too. You can see bubbles in that too.. I don't know whats wrong, I've tried laxatives, fiber, enemas. Nothing has worked. I scheduled another appointment with my doctor, but I have a feeling she won't take me seriously again.

Please help me...
Thank you,
Kati

Yeast problems go beyond the bladder and vagina.  Candida lives and thrives easily in a lot of us because we feed it: sugar, carbohydrates, our "normal American diet".  It's OK as long as it doesn't gain the upper hand, we never get rid of it completely, since it hides in places we can't get at.  I can't recall what are all the possible symptoms of candida--they are many, but that could be at the bottom of some of your other problems.   Anyway, a healthy diet goes a long way toward helping the situation, besides drugs or natural substances that kill it, keeping the bladder more acid helps: cranberry juice (no added sugar), pineapple juice.  Though that may not be easy, considering your upset digestive system.  I've spent about 40 years learning and unlearning things; and most of my help in gastrointestinal department has come from my chiropractor who is also well informed about nutritional supplements.  There are newer and superior products coming out continually, to treat conditions that the medical profession just doesn't have answers for.  I've found it doesn't pay to try to figure it out yourself and stab around in the dark with bottles of stuff at the health-food store.
But I've also come around to recognizing that some things are better left to the medical professionals, especially when things have got too far out of hand.  For instance, I've spent years taking supplements to support my gall bladder, but it just doesn't seem to want to work at all anymore, so in fact, I am going in for gall bladder surgery on Wed.  Which brings me to your symptoms:  Most of your symptoms are very similar to mine, except for the location(left side).  But I wouldn't count out gall bladder as a possible cause.  It's all baffling, I know, but don't give up!  There's an answer out there somewhere!

Every time I get one, I've gone right to the doctor for a prescription. The first one I got while I was here, I used the monistat thing.... It hurt me so bad, I'll never use it again.

If you can get no help or answers from your doctor, ask her to send you to a gastroenterologist.  Failing that, find a good alternative medicine practitioner or homeopath.  What have you done to get rid of the yeast infections?
