The only things you could try at home would be drinking an entire bottle of magnesium citrate, getting in a hot bath, and getting some exercise.  I don't believe these will help.

You have long moved beyond this being at "at home" issue.  When you haven't really gone to the bathroom in 2 months, a doctors visit is needed.

You can decide the tests the doctor will do.  You can go to the doctor and if they propose a test you are not comfortable with, you can refuse to do it.  They might try to persuade you otherwise but they can't force you to do anything.  For instance, an easy test you can have done is an abdominal x-ray to make sure you don't have an abdominal blockage.  All this consists of is you laying down on a table in a gown and then they take a picture of your stomach.  Another test that is a little worse but still not that bad is a CT scan of your abdomen.  This is basically a bunch of x-rays but sometimes you have to drink a liquid first and sometimes they need to give you an IV (a needle in your arm) to give you some medicine that helps them get a good picture.

I realize you are scared of testing, but you need to get over that enough to be able to take care of your health.  It might help to have a family member or friend come with you for support.

have u seen a doc? if you eat 2 or more times a day and your not going, think about where is your food going. I have some toughts but i need to know more. What else has been going on with your body? STOP taking meds to help you go. if u need some help right now. stop eatting everything but whole wheat, greens, fruits, veg, no milk no cheese. cut evrything out. be very careful when i did it i ate to many greens and it pushed it though to fast. NO SODA. I need to know about anything else be4 i can say more. MustanHottie

I understand it's scary, but you really need to see a doctor about this.  It could be something simple, like your body doesn't tolerate a certain food that you are eating, but it could also be something more serious that needs to be treated.  I am not a doctor and I can only help you so much online.  You really need to get testing done to determine what's wrong.  At your age, it almost surely isn't something like cancer but it could be other things.  If you can't afford to go to the doctor, can you try a county walk-in clinic?  Maybe it will help you to tell me what you are afraid of for going to the doctor?

I eat the same as i always did ... i would have to say...fair..... no haven't told anyone scarred.... I have tryed all over-the counter meds but they don't work...... i drink it or take stool softners but never see them again. i prolly got 30 stool softner's in my system cause i have never used the bathroom......ugh! Never told the docter and don't want too..... never had tests run but i am sure it is from my meds cause that is when it started before then i was going once every 3 days.
