I have hep c and intestinal parasites. Can I take another dose of otc?

I have hepatitis C and 7 weeks ago I found out I have some kind of parasites in my bowels.  I am in custody at a halfway house run by the prison profiteering cooperation GEO. I took one OTC for pinworms, and I fear there are more.  I am not being allowed to see a medical specialist, only their doctor who doesn't know how to treat me properly. I want to know how long I must wait to take another OTC.  The medicine is really u hard on your liver. Also, there are different kinds of parasites that require different kinds of medicine. Some parasites eat through the intestines to lodge themselves in your body.  That's it. Im just trying to fix this problem on my own so I can focus on my life.
