I never used my anus to defecate so how do I use it for sexual relationship ?

Hello, I have a Chronic intestinal pseudo-obstruction (CIPO) since the beginning of my life and when I was a kid the doctors discovered that my colon was a source of infection so they removed it except for a small part (something like 10cm from my rectum) but I was wondering that since I never used my rectum and always had a stomy how can I have sexual relationship with my anus/rectum because every time I try to insert something inside I can feel my anus squeeze quite hard. So how do I train it or do I even can use it for this ? Thanks for your answer and your time and also sorry for my bad English, it's not my native language.
