There is a surgical procedure to remove the adhesions (or scar tissue): https://www.health.harvard.edu/a_to_z/abdominal-adhesions-a-to-z, but as you can see, the surgery can also cause new scar tissue to form, so it's definitely not an ideal solution for everyone.

Do you have a family history of colon cancer?  If you haven't already, you might want to talk to your doctor about an at-home screening option: https://www.webmd.com/colorectal-cancer/home-test-colon-cancer-cologuard#1  If no problems are found using this test, then your doctor will probably forego a colonoscopy.

If you have a family history of colon cancer, or risk factors, screening and detection are definitely issues that warrant discussion with your doctor to determine what alternative methods may work for you.  Eliminating scar tissue is, unfortunately, usually a losing battle.
