I'm at the end of my rope.

Hello, my name is Alexandra and I'm a 24 year old Female. (97 lbs and 5'3") I was diagnosed with GERD 7 years ago (after vomiting Blood) and H. Pylori in Feb 2017. I have taken all the antibiotics given to me (multiple times) but I'm still in great pain and discomfort. I've become a health nut, cut out Gluten/Milk, and quit drinking alcohol completely. I wake up or I am up all night with severe nausea (in waves) and intense abdominal pain (burning) rigors/chills and hot flashes. With all of that, I get high anxiety and my breathing becomes ragged. I've had to visit multiple Urgent Care Facilities and Hospitals. I am now broke and very depressed. Sometimes, when I feel sick, I feel very suicidal. I'm just so sick of being sick. It's taken over my life and I don't know what to do.
I've taken Omeprazole, Nexium, Zantac 150, Ondansetron/Zofran, Promethazine 50 mg and Maalox Maximum Strength.

I'm so sorry that you have been in so much pain and feeling so sick.  Surgery is an option that some patients need to explore if the medications do not work.  I know you mention that you have spent so much money at urgent care facilities and hospitals, but do you have a gastro doctor as well?  Urgent care and ER places are there to patch you up and get you on your way so it will be important to see a regular doctor to explore the best options.

Let us know how you are doing!
