I'm concerned I might have bile duct cancer.

I've been having a lot of bloating, burning in my upper abdomen... Nausea and back pain I lost 15 lbs in the last 4 months without trying and I wake up sweaty. I've had my gallbladder removed in 2006, a ectopic pregnancy, then a hysterectomy (which they found endometriosis)  , gastric bypass (2014)then had pancreatitis a month after that surgery. My father currently has cancer and out of my grandmas 8 kids 5 has passed from cancer (2 stomach, liver, lung, breast) so i scheduled for a endoscopy but my doctor doesn't seem concerned at all.

My notes from er....
Mild intra and extrahepatic biliary ductal dilatation could be
related to the prior cholecystectomy but is greater than typically
seen in a 35-year-old. If there is concern for biliary stricture,
MRCP could be used for further evaluation. The patient is status post cholecystectomy. common
bile duct measures 1.2 cm. No stone is seen within the duct. No
focal liver lesion.

Negative for pancreatitis
