Is this bleeding ok

I have had some bleeding from my rectum bright red and alot for a few months now from time to time. However the last few days I have had cramping and a very bad burning sensation from my belly button up to my mouth and very dark loose stool. Any idea what this could be?

Welcome to the gastroenterology community!  I would recommend seeing a doctor ASAP.  The bleeding is not okay and it needs to be investigated probably by a gastroenterologist.  Good luck.

I have had severe abdominal pain which greatly increases after coffee and in the morning.  I have thin, foul smelling stools, light in color.  I have foul smelling gas. I have seen bright red blood  occasionally.  I am becoming weaker and the pain is waking me up in the more and then a lot of gas.    WBC's are normal.  Diagnosed with a liver cyst.  Misdiagnosed with cirrhosis.  I do not drink alcohol currently.
