Question about perineum/anus area

Hi,
For about 2 years now I have had this lump/bulge that extends from the perineum area into the anus. I was just wondering whether this could be haemorrhoid or not? In the perineum area the lump feels a bit hard but as it gets closer to the anus it is soft and I can move it, I am able to push the part that is soft near the anus back into the anus but it soon returns back to its original place. I don’t feel any pain nor have any bleeding but do have slight itchiness. At times it does get a bit bigger but then soon shrinks again to how it usually looks. I also have no problem with passing stools but sometimes it feels like the anus is partially blocked and can feel it when standing up/walking. I don’t know whether this should be concerning or not as it could be a haemorrhoid so I was wondering if it sounds more like a haemorrhoid or something else? Thank you!
