Help why am I like this

I'm a young teen in grade 10 !
I made this account because I've been constipated on and off for the past week .
It hurts but doesn't at the same time ,just feels like forced pushing . I know I can't keep pushing because I can get something way worse so I sit in the bath hop back and forth from bath to toilet over and over. So I then go lay down and let my bowl do it's job. Now I haven't really eaten meat it's now been disgusting to Me. I drink the okay amount of water maybe around 5-8 cups a day depending on how thirsty I am . It all started when I had this random sore throat . Then ever since then I've had sore throats , headaches , taking poops weirdly.  Sometimes  feels of I keep pushing i might even puke ...
Please help me I leave for Ontario in 6 days to go see family n friends n my dad .
I have been missing it out there . Could I be home sick ?
Please help me  I just want to be normal again

Hello dear, it Is probably due to the distance, you miss your loved ones and it is reflecting in your health. Still, not a bad idea to check with a doctor when you can, try to drink more water and eat veggies and fruit with tons of fiber. My sister was like you, every time she was away from home she will get sick, with those same symptoms. ..she didn't do good in summer camps...just be strong and try to enjoy your time a little but
Good luck!#
