Liver Size

My wife had a liver ultrasound due to slightly elevated direct bilirubin (.25) and low albumin (2.4). She is 35 and and 5'9' and normal weight. She has Sjogrens Syndrome. The ultrasound indicated that the liver measures 17.4 cm at the midclavicular line and demonstrates homogeneous echotexture. The main portal vein is patent and demonstrates a systolic flow velocity of 30.9 cm/second. Flow is hepatopetal. I know that the homogenous texture is good, the flow is good, but is the size seems large? Also, is the flow velocity normal?
