MORNING PAIN THAT MOVES TO MY BACK

For the past few months I've been waking up with a burning pain in my stomach that slowly moves around to my back. I have GERDS, a Hiatal Hernia, Barrett's Esophagus and a Fatty liver. I drink beer once in awhile, but at best maybe once a month. I am male, 60 and have been taking Nexium 40mg. for about 10 yrs. now. I have had a Endoscopy about 3 yrs. ago and a colonoscopy about 2 and a half yrs. ago. The GI doctor did say I had diverticulitis. But at the time there was no pain. This pain that goes around to my back feels like a BURNING pain. I also feel really tired that last all day. I would go to my GI or PCP, but they are both out of town. I've never felt a pain like this before. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
