Mild intrahepatic biliary dilation may be chronic. What does this mean?

I recently had a CT Scan due to having abdominal pain for a kidney stone.  It had the following note:  Gallbladder and bile ducts: Cholecystectomy. Mild intrahepatic biliary dilation may be chronic.  What does this mean?
