Sudden onset rib/chest pain. More on upper right. Shortness of Breath

Before bed last evening I had sudden onset of pain under my ribs. Feels like diaphragm area. And more pain to the right side. It worsens when I breath or lay back. I experienced some anxiety due to this feeling as I have been short of breath. I believe that is from not breathing deeply because of the pain. I also broke out in a sweat over night and had to sit upright on couch for couple hours. When I went back to bed I found laying
On my stomach is the only way I can get relief. I  am sill experiencing pain as it has never let up and still short of breath.  Not sure what to do. I took some pepto and that is it. I feel a little dizzy too. Please help!

That's what I was narrowing it down too. Feeling better but going to make an appointment before it happens again. Was not fun.

This all sounds very familiar to me and it ended up being my gallbladder. Please see a Dr. about this.
