Morning sickness, bathroom runs, help?

For the past two weeks I've been expierncing pains in my stomach, nausea, and the bathroom runs.  It usually stops around 10:46ish am (my lunch time for school).  I have no idea what could be causing this, nor does the over-the-counter medicines work: Gellisel , tums(provided by my school nurse) , Imodium , etc.
please help.  the pain is so unbearable to the point where i'm crying.

you may need to get to the dr and have some tests run. it could be a lot of things.
what are you eating/drinking in the morning before the pain starts? Or is it happening as soon as you wake up without eating or drinking anything?
