Obstruction

I am a 40 year old woman with quite the medical history.  In the past 4 years I've had 15 abdominal surgeries, mostly on my left side.  I've had a hysterectomy, left ovary with cyst removed, 8 ureter stents, ureter reconstruction, left kidney removed and a bladder sling installed.  In amongst those, I've also had 3 partial bowel obstructions and a lysis of adhesions.  I feel as if I have another bowel obstruction and have been fairly sick lately.  My gastro will only order a KUB Xray.  This Xray has never shown my obstructions in the past.

For the past week, I haven't passed any stool.  I've gotten sick every time I eat as well, but not to the point of vomiting.  Yesterday my skin was very flush and I didn't feel well at all.  The gastro ordered another KUB stat, which the radiologist said read as normal.  I've attached a picture of my KUB.

Does anyone have any insight?  Or see any abnormalities on my KUB?
