Pain after eating when I haven't been eating regularly

I have been having these really bad stomach cramps after I eat but, I only get them if I miss a meal or two in a row. I'm not belimic or anything I just don't feel like eating or feel dissinterested in food. The cramps are so bad that I don't eat my fill because I'll start cramping and hunger cramps hurt less than the cramps I get after I eat. So, I get myself stuck in this vicious cycle, if I eat it hurts, if I don't eat it'll just keep hurting. I basicaly have to force feed myself. I've been tested for ulcers and they didn't find anything and treated for H pylori.

I have similar cramps when I eat and when I don't eat and been having it for years.  It took me awhile to finally get up the nerve to see a doctor, that and the fact that I also needed medical insurance, LOL.  But, on a serious note it was found that I had a dysfunctional gall bladder.  Even though my gall bladder is removed I continue to have the same stomach problems.  I colonoscopy here and an endoscopy there and it was found that I had a polyp and I also have minor chronic inflammation, a lot of sores, and a lot of acid.  Even after all these tests, though it was only 2, I am still having the same problem.  I now have to do a 24 hour stool specimen test, which as a matter of fact, will start on Monday.  I guess what i'm trying to say is that you really need to see the Doctor.  It may be something as simple as constipation or gas, or it may be something as serious as a dysfunctional gall bladder.  So please get yourself checked out.

If you don't have a heartburn - acidic feeling in the throat, then you can temporarily assume, it's all from the food and diet regularity. If you burp a lot, you may have a H. pylori infection of the stomach.

Fruits are not really the best choice in your case. Fruits are acidic and they may produce a lot of gas. Maybe you can try some easy fruits, like bananas. Vegetables, especially RAW ones, again produce gas. Sugar, potatoes, pasta from wheat can also make you gassy/bloated. I don't know, but bread, maybe a whole-grain bread seems to be a good source of nutrients, and it is nice for peristalsis. Skipping meals is really bad and causes constipation and cramps. Meat and other proteins stay for several hours in the stomach...

Cramps, burning, I don't know how to discribe it. Stress.....yah.....I'm in Iraq at the moment and people get tired of the food quick so, my diet is what's avalible. I try to make sure to get enough fruits, veggies and protien everyday but for the most part my diet is pretty irregular.

Hm, you are talking about cramps, not about dull burning pain, which is typical for ulcers. Cramping is from gallbladder or intestine, and even if it is from the stomach, it's not likely from ulcers.

Would you say, you're anxious or under the stress? I don't want to diminish your problems, but I know that terrible pain can arise from simple constipation or gas. When all this started, what's your usual diet and activities?
