Pain in lower right abdomen

I've been having a slight pain in my lower right abdomen by my hip but a little lower, that wraps around my hip and back and goes up my side. The pain started Tuesday night and was not hurting that much, coming and going. But today it's a little worse. It's starting to flare up my sciatica in my right leg. Sometimes I feel a similar pain in my lower left side. Would I have pain in my left side if it were appendix related? Could it be kidney infection? It feels like something is stuck in that spot in my lower right side. I'm having normal bowel movements and pain increases after bowel movement. IBS? Probably going to ER today but just wanted to hear others opinions.
