Help Please

Hello, I've had severe stomach pains and diarrhea for 6 days in a row. Today I've developed hives and terrible cramps. I went to the local immediate care center and the doctor checked my organs and didn't feel any constipation or organ issues, but he felt some slight gas. I cut out dairy this week in effort to help it but its not working. The only temporary relief is wen I take max strength Pepto. Does anyone have a theory to what's causing this? ( Chrones Disease runs in my family if it helps.) P.S I have felt dizziness and lack of appetite.

a doctor feeling around isnt going to do anything. While 6 days is a lot is can be a stomach bug. They can last 10 days. If it goes more than that you should consult a GI specialist.
In the mean time, try eating foods that are very bland and binding like plain rice and bananas.
You want to avoid any stomach irritants like dairy, gluten, coffee, tea, fast food, greasy foods, etc.
Steam up some veggies and chicken, you can add some chicken broth if youd like. have that with rice. Hopefully that will help.
Diarrhea is also very dehydrating so you have to keep drinking water. I'd also suggest coconut water as that will help replenish all the electrolytes you are losing.
