My stomach makes a weird water gurgling sound?

So I ate normally today. A toast, then pasta for lunch. Its about 4 and im hungry. My stomach keeps making this sound as if someone were blowing bubbles through a straw? Almost watery. Really weird. I get bloated every single time i eat, and poop around three times a week. I eat my three meals and all. Anyone know anything? Is any of this normal? Im a 16 year old. And I also have periods like 5 times a year sometimes even 2. Dont know if I have any hormonal or gastrointestinal problems...

Hello~I think you need to talk to either your GP or a gynecologist.  Having just 5 periods a year is not normal, you need to possibly have some hormone tests done and possibly an ultra sound to check for ovarian cysts. As to the stomach making sounds, this is fairly normal, and for some people, having a BM three times a weeks is normal, but actually, it is better to have them more than that. Again, mentioning this to your GP is advised.
