Pancreatitis biliary duct issue

Hello, My husband had been on chronic pain medication for over 20 years (4 spinal surgeries, which failed), and now has been diagnosed with pancreatitis due to the constriction of his biliary duct. Do you know if it is possible to have a transplant of a duct from a cadaver or animal, or organ donor? So far they haven't figured out what to do.... it's test after test, with long waiting periods, then the same tests again. Who is the best doctor for this in the northeast?
Thank you,
kdunf
