Parasite treatment help!

I had a bought of food poisoning a few months ago after eating sushi. Recently, I have been having signs of a parasitic infection (white pellets in bowel movements, weight loss, fatigue, etc.) I currently don't have health insurance and can't afford to see a doctor. I read that Biltricide (Praziquantel) can eliminate the infection and it's available to buy. I want to make sure of a few things before I do, however:

1. What is the correct dosage for a 130 pound woman with no health conditions (also not taking any medications)?
2. How long do I continue to take the pills?
3. Does it contain any derivations of keflex, erythromycin, or coedine? I am allergic to all three.

Thank you for your any and all help!

I agree with caregiver.  At the very least you can visit a local pharmacy and talk to a pharmacist (that is free-right?)

You have a life-threatening problem that could result in blindness or paralysis. Every day it moves further and further beyond the point where it can be treated.

It is completely innappropriate for you to self-treat this problem.

You need to show up at any emergency room in the United States, where you will be treated without regard for ability to pay.
