Persistent cold/virus infection or serious aftermath of bad anal fingering? Or both?

I got this complicated problem I'm dealing with for about 2,5 week. (from may 27/8th)

1. On sunday (may 27) got first symptoms of cold, but I ignored them. The next day it get gradually worse(at morning the temp was 99.3F/37,4C) that at the evening I ended  with 101.4F (38,6C) fever, sore throat, running nose, muscle pains, weakness/sluggish, nausea, dry mouth inside, shivers - the whole package. So I started treat this with high dosage of vit. C (about 15g per day) and few days letter I also start taking lemon+garlic+honey mix, it get better but not entirely. On friday(june 1) I got totally chilled at night so the cold get back. The symptoms from mild got worse, my temp from 97.8 - 98.6F (36,6-37C) through the week got up at to 99.5F (37,5C).I kept the treatment and again it got mild but not completely cured. Especially the temp. rise went with "waves" - once I felt good, once really bad. So on Wednesday (june 6) I went to GP they told me to stop taking vit, C and garlic mix. When at thursday I took only 1/4 of my normal vit. C intake it get worse, the next day I went again to my GP to get some antibiotic. So from friday (june 8) till today (june 12) I took it.

Does it helped? Hard to say because at sunday (june 10) got my period and some symptoms mixed with the period one (at period I got flu like symptoms) To be honest at some point I felt like I get better but today(june 12) I'm not so sure. I woke up feeling well, a bit weak/sluggish and with sore muscles but kinda well, but few hours later it got worse (especially on "fever waves" and stomach pains department) but as the evening goes it's getting better.

2. Because I started taking vit.C and then garlic mix I instantly irritated my bowels that I got really bad IBS flares. I got pains mostly at my right side (from ribs to leg). Next its in my stomach area (got nausea and stomach pains) and abdomen. Got burning and warmth sensation in my stomach and my tights (also muscle pains in those). It constantly hurt me from late monday night/tuesday morning (may 28/9), the worst was at saturday (june 2) when I get chilled. It got better when I start lowering the doses. So right now I got pains from time to time. So one thing got better

3. And the most troubling issue for me. At monday (may 28) I tried anal fingering. (that day I felt my fever rising before I start fingering) I used only one finger, entered it only halfway (like 4cm of the finger?) But I think the whole penetration was like +/-6 cm in depth? I started slowly but after my first orgasm the movements were quite intense. Like imitating vibrations? From start to end I felt no pain, no discomfort. I checked for blood - there was none. The same day and the next two weeks I felt no pain, discomfort whether I moved, sit, exercised or poop. After a week I put my finger in my butt to check if there's pain - there was none and again no blood. Also there was no blood during those 2 weeks while pooping or otherwise

I told my GP all those symptoms (yes, I also told about anal fingering) and they told me there's no way I could hurt myself and all those symptoms above are from cold/virus infection that it's really persisted. But after almost 2,5 weeks of those weird symptoms and taking antibiotic with not so clear results I worry that in fact I did hurt myself. I even made an appointment with proctologist (my GP doesn't do rectal exam) - I will see him this friday. And tomorrow I will see my GP again, and try to convince them to make some blood work to see if there's any infection/inflammation.

But do you think I could hurt myself (like perforate my colon) or it really can be only cold/virus infection?
Or (in the worst case scenario) if I did perforate colon could it be possible that taking high doses of vit. C, garlic mix and then antibiotic it could mask peritonitis for this long that it feels like cold? Or there's no way that peritonitis can be slowed down by those, and it would develop in few days no mather what?
