Please help diagnose digestive disorder

Alright so this problem began approximately 4-6 months ago but wasn’t this bad until now. Basically what would happen is I would start off my day by eating breakfast. Within 30-45 minutes max, I would get the signal from my stomach that my breakfast is packed and ready for shipment. I would then go to the washroom and it’s not even as if my stool was like diarrhea or anything. It felt pretty normal just the frequency was many times a day. After that I would immediately feel hungry because my stomach would feel so empty. However, I would not eat right away since I just ate 30-45 minutes ago so I would wait a bit until eating my next meal. By then, my stomach would fill up with air and I would feel bloated. If I ate before it got to the bloating point, then it would get digested within 30 minutes again and the cycle would repeat. I went to a family doctor that prescribed Tecta but after that didn’t work I ended up getting a blood/urine test that came back normal. My doctor was unsure what the problem could be so she said she will make an appointment with a specialist.

This went on until last week Tuesday. I woke up in the morning and felt extremely hungry so I decided to go brush my teeth. Before I could even grab my brush I began to puke and it was mostly water from overnight. Then I ate breakfast and also ate lunch a couple of hours later and left my house to run an errand. I had to pull over at a gas station and puked out my entire lunch and it looked completely undigested. About an hour and a half later I had to puke again and this time my entire breakfast came out completely undigested as well. That day I puked about 5 times and I think went over 24 hours without eating anything at all. The next day I woke up with severe pain in my stomach that would come and go every 5 minutes. I went to the ER and got bloodwork, urine test and an X-Ray done. Everything came back normal including the X-Rays (I’m not sure why I got x-rays, I asked for ultrasounds but they said X-Rays need to come first). The X-Rays did indicate a build-up of gas in the intestines/colon. They sent me home and prescribed Zofran for the puking but I did not have any appetite at all so I smoked marijuana in order to eat. It also relieved my pain and relaxed the muscles in my stomach.

The past few days I’ve been eating and holding down food with the help of marijuana and it felt that my symptoms mostly disappeared (aside from a bit of constipation) until today. I ate food all day thinking I was fine until about two hours ago. I started feeling pain in my stomach again and felt a lot of gas building up but it was completely trapped. I took Zofran and Pepto Bismol and tried to sleep it off for a couple of hours but couldn’t. Eventually I puked but it was nothing like I’ve puked before. The intensity was so high I could not breathe unless I stopped myself from puking just to breathe. Every single thing I had eaten from breakfast to dinner came out exactly the way I ate it. It was so thick that I felt like I was going to puke my stomach out. This means that all of my food stayed in my stomach until it filled up and there was no more space for anything else. I guess it isn’t moving from my stomach to my intestines? Does anyone have an idea of what may be causing this or how I can try to treat this? It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
