Postprandial fullness plus Roemheld syndrome for more than a month

Well I'm a anxious 34 yo male
Since I remember i been suffering from gastroesophageal reflux disease with little benefit from omeprazol  I have had dysphagia  for 8 years, Gastroenterologist find ulcers in my esophagus 3 years ago but said dyshagia was psychological, she gave me more omeprazol for 3 months. Nothing improved
Now  5 months ago I started with tachycardia (100 bpm) after meals, sometimes tachycardia and hypertension (140/95) awaked me in the middle of the night, it was scary. Since then my pulse is visible in my wrist, my hand, my ankles, sometimes i feel my head pulsating over the pillow, i feel my fingers and my eyes pulsating.
My thyroid tests and EKG after this, was OK
A month ago i feel fullness after meals, I started to eat less of what i used to, nausea all day especially in the morning; sometimes pain after meals and when empty stomach. I eat just one time a day, and I feel full next 24 hrs. I feel tired. I been taking omeprazol and metoclopramide for a month but little effect
I  search over the net i found this Roemheld syndrome, guess it is what I'm suffering from
But I'm scared of cancer

How long ulcer symptoms last when taking omeprazol? May they last more than a month?
Have anyone had something like this
Thanks

Well dysphagia is more of a symptom than a diagnosis, so it sounds like you have anxiety causing your dysphagia.  You could try a different PPI besides omeprazole to see if that helps your symptoms more.

Hi, thank you,
No H pylori on the biopsy. no NSAIDs history
She said my esophageal ulcers was probably due to GERD
An my Dysphagia a globus hystericus because i'm nervous person

So I've learned to live with dysphagia to solid food for 8 years. But now I drink a little and feel full all day long. Omeprazol is not helping

Welcome to the gastroenterology community!  DId your doctor tell you what the ulcers were caused by?  Were you tested for H Pylori?  Do you take NSAID's?
