Pregnant and concerned about pancreatic cancer

I am now 16 weeks pregnant and for the last week have been having right upper abdominal pain, almost below the ribs.  The abdomen is tender to the touch just right of midline and the pain wraps around to my back.  I googled the symptoms and the first thing that came up is pancreatic cancer.  I am so nervous that is what I have.  Is there anyway to be worked up for this while pregnant?  I should also mention that the pain is constant and seems to be aggravated more by moving around.  I have lost a pound or two in the last week, but I think that's because I've been so anxious.  I don't have much of an appetite and have had multiple episodes of diarrhea over the last week as well.  Again, I'm not sure if that's from my anxiety or not.  I was seen by my pcp and he ran some bloodwork.  My Lipase and Amalayse levels are all normal, as are my liver enzymes and billiruben.  The only thing abnormal were my glucose levels, they were 55 fasting and my potassium was slightly low at 3.3.  Is there anything else I can do?  I am having a hard time even getting around right now because of my anxiety.  Thank you!
