Problem post-surgery Gallbladder

I'm hoping someone can help.  10.5 months ago I had my gallbladder removed after suffering for 6 months with gallbladder attacks from stones.  I'm 31 now.  I had a very painful 8 week recovery, but have been relatively ok since then.  A little pain now and then if I eat a big meal.  Today the oddest thing happened.  I ate lunch ( two slices of pizza and a salad) and about an hour later....for lack of a better term.... I pooped my pants.  I didn't feel like I had to pass gas or go to the restroom, I was just standing at my kitchen counter making a phone call when, splash, I was soaked in very watery stool.  (Sorry for the graphics.)  My stomach has been hurting since then for the past 6 hours, but no further stool passing.  Has anyone had this happen or heard of anything like this?  I could really use some advice.

Are you on any new medication? This has happened to my sister-in-law. No warning no nothing, it just came. Come to find out it was a new medication she was taking. Just a thought.

This happened to me while driving in the car!  I did have a cramp and then bam. Not pleasant.  It hasn't happened since or before.  Sure hope it's a one time thing too!

(had my GB out 7 months ago)

You may not be able to process fats the way you did before the surgery and it may take some time to readjust. You may want to consider following a low fat diet for a number of months to see if that is of help.
