CT scan results showing wall thickening

I'm having a colonoscopy on Monday but am just so dang nervous.  I had a barium study done that was negative this week.  I've been having some abdominal pain.  I had a CT scan that shows mild inflammatory changes posterior to the cecum.  There may be mild bowel wall thickening in this region.  This is nonspecific and could indicate inflammatory process or neoplastic process.  Recommend further evaluation.

I'm freaked just to see that word and so full of anxiety.  I haven't been having any rectal symptoms or anything.  Just scared.
