Removal of Large Intestine

Need all the info, advice, your own experience with removal of the large intestine. Gallbladder removed 3 weeks ago to ease chronic stomach pain, bloating, nausia, but hasn't helped. There is much bleeding from my stoma (colostomy in 2008) generating from the large intestine. Thanks.
