Right Upper Quadrant abdominal pain - What have I missed?

My Right Upper Quadrant abdominal pain is almost 2 years old now.  So far, all the following tests have yielded a 'no problem found' result:

Blood tests for liver & other organ functions
Abdominal Ultrasound
Kidney CT scan
Endoscopy into Stomach & Duodenum (looking for ulcers etc)
'CLO' test (aka H.Pylori test) on stomach sample for ulcer-causing bug
MRI scan of Spine in Lumbar and Lower-Mid Thorax areas (in case something was pressing a nerve)

Years of Osteopathy have also failed to improve it.  My symptoms include low level discomfort and/or a sense of fullness/bloatedness in my upper right abdomen/somewhere below my lowest right rib.  There is no clear pattern re timing or food, although I feel a full belly makes the bloatedness more obvious.

I am running out of ideas/tests, and still cannot diagnose (or otherwise rid myself) of this nuisance.  I would be grateful for any ideas on what's been overlooked.

I had that for 5 months, finally got a ct which found a hernia and ovarian cysts (!) but all else was fine. the doctor told me it was likely just a pulled diaphram or rib muscle, so since I do daycare, I let all the heavy kids go & quit lifting the rest. bingo! within a week it was gone!!! since then I've had a hysterectomy (see my gas post) and am totally broke without kids, but hey--the pain is gone!

I am having a similar issue, although not as long term.  I've had very bad RUQ abdominal pain for the past month, which feels almost like a really bad runner's stich/cramp.  The pain comes and goes and varies in intensity; but, it is with me most of the day.  I can poke and press on my abdomen, and it doesnt really affect the pain.  I have no digestive issues, and I am an otherwise healthy and fit 30yr old male.

I've had the following tests over the course of last 3 weeks:
1.  Several Blood tests;
2.  Ultrasound of RUQ;
3.  CT Scan;
4.  Upper Endoscopy (with stomach biopsies); and
5.  MRCP.

None of the test have revealed any issues, and my Internal Medicine doctor and my Gastro-Intenstinal doctor both say that I do not have any gastro-intenstinal issues.  They seem to be stumped.  The IM doctor had me do a spinal x-ray the other day at my insistance that this could be somehow related to nerves; but, I am still waiting on the results.

I was thinking that maybe is was Shingles without a rash; but, my Internal Medicine doctor that wasnt possible, and that the pain wouldnt have lasted that long.

I read something the other day about "entrapped nerves" causing abdominal wall pain; but, I am not sure how that is diagnosed.  But, it seems like something to maybe follow up on.

I've started having lower back pain over the past two weeks, and I am wondering if the pain is some how related.  Was considering seeing a chiropractor depending on the outcome of the x-rays.

Please let me know if I am missing anything.  I am starting to lose confidence in doctors.  They keep telling me that I should just be happy that I dont have anything severe, and that the pain will likely just go away and that we'll never know what caused it.

Did you get a Hida-Scan done to check the functioning of your gallbladder? If not, that's what I'd recommend!
