I asked why drinking sourdough milkshakes hasn't caused me any intestinal illness

I asked the question about why I have had no intestinal complaints from drinking raw sourdough milkshakes and eating the dry raw sourdough chips. I asked this on August 19, 2020. Since then, I have been researching if PHYTIC ACID might be reduced in the sourdough environment. I am not certain that low pH has any negative effect on PHYTIC ACIC. I'm not going to post my entire blood chemistry nutrient profile but I now suspect I am not absorbing all the nutrients I should. PHYTIC ACID is known to bind many important nutrients making them unavailable for uptake in the small intestines. Therefore I am stopping drinking sourdough milkshakes as now I think they are harming my health. It is wiser to get extra Vitamin B12 by taking supplements.

I have to be totally honest with you, had to look up sourdough milkshakes and chips.  I've had sourdough bread but have never heard of this.  What exactly are you referring to? The sourdough starter mix for bread? I would love to help with your question but I'm not sure what you are talking about.  Is there a link to describe or can you describe it more?

Yes it is the starter, the raw product before it is made into a sponge for making sourdough bread or fed with water and flour to keep it going.  The raw sourdough starter is what I have been using to make delicious tasting milkshakes. These have a very unique taste. My friends who were buying them to help with their reflxes are disappointed they can no longer get their B12 fix from me. I was also eating  and sharing the dried chips. Very similar in texture to the Holy Communion Waifer But once I found out I was probably consuming a larege amount of phytate, I stopped right away, not juist for myself but for my young friends.
I stopped eating raw sourdough anything because it contains phytic acid, the anti-nutrient. And my blood profile showed I was low in the minerals Phytic acid was binding to. Ca, Mg, Mn. Fe, Ze, Cr and niacin. So it is a mistake to drink sourdough milkshakes and to  eat the dried raw starter sourdough chips, cereal flakes, and powder I was consuming.  Also I started to have many dental caries.  My blood profile has returned to normal. However my Vitamin B12 is still extremely high. Because I am processing my raw sourdough chips for other uses, I must be inhaling it because I do not take Vitamin B12 supplements. My principle yeast in my sourdough starter is very unique and has many qualities that make it superior to most other sourdough starter yeasts.  University of Hawaii scientists are helping me to find out why my yeast performs the way it does. Expect to hear more in the future about my sourdough starter I call EARL.
