Severe abdominal pain, no diagnosis, trying to get more testing.

For the past 2-3 years, I would get some upper mid abdominal pain that would last a week or two every few months and it went away. However, last October the pain started again and was pretty bad which lasted almost 3 months. I did an ultrasound, endoscopy, and blood work which was all normal except gallstone but they said the pain is atypical for gallstone pain.

Also, up until a month ago, for about 16 months I'd have some bright red blood on the paper or in the stool.
The doctor assumed it was hemorrhoids without even checking.

Well for the last 3 weeks I got that mid-upper abdominal pain again and it is constant. It gets worse after I eat and drink water, it gets swallen/bloated. Now I lost appetite as well. Also, my pain spread to the lower abdomen as well as the rectum. Again I went to the ER a few times and they did abdominal and chest x-rays and blood work. I hardly managed to convince them to do abd. CT scan which was normal.

Now I am suspecting the colon or rectum to be the potential cause. But since there are no private clinics here, it is impossible to convince them to do a colonoscopy (their main excuse is that I had one 2.5 years ago).

So I guess my question is, has anyone been in a situation like this and what would you do to convince the quacks to do the colonoscopy?

I'm 41 M
