HI, Thanks for the reply, I just recently went to the GI dr last week and he has scheduled me for an enodscopy, ultrasound and bloodwork next week! hopefully Ill find out what it is.:)
Good grief, spitting up blood from heartburn when you were pregnant was a pretty good sign you have an ulcer, a bleeding ulcer. It sounds to me like when you pour alcohol in your tummy, it's like putting battery acid on an open wound, it makes it bleed more, hurts, irritates the stomach so much, that it pukes it all up. I'm no expert on ulcers or other stomach abnormalities, other than my own stomach is sensitive and I have a fatty liver that bloats me up, but obviously they will probably want to either do an ultrasound and bloodwork, or put a little scope down in there and see if they can find an ulcer or other damage to your stomach lining, hopefully fix it using the scope's tools or schedule an operation. That's just my thinking. While it was two years ago you spit up blood, since drinking alcohol gets you to vomiting again, apparently damage done by acid in your pregnancy is reactivated by alcohol coming in contact with those damaged tissues.
