Small gastir poylp

Hi.. im man 30 y old from sudan africa ..I was infected with Corona virus 3 months ago..Then I felt chest pain and GERD..stool analysis h.pylori ..postive I used triple therapy ..Symptoms did not go away, but h.pylori was negative..I made a gastroscopy..The prognosis was poor digestion..and mild pan gastritis .. and small gastirc poylp  on top of mild hyperemia..Removed and sent to lab..I am very worried I hope for help

hi.  So, this is a polyp in your stomach?  Those are usually harmless.  Inflammation in the stomach can be a cause and gastritis can cause the inflammation.  This very well could be what is going on.  It's been removed which is good.  Polyps are not cancer but in very rare (very rare in regards to the stomach), they can turn into cancer.  Did they mention the word Adenomas?  Those are sometimes looked into a little further than a polyp.
