Starving and nauseous all of the time, never feel full?

So I have been having these issues since January 2018. I've been feeling both starving and extremely nauseous at the same time. It has effected my personal and professional life. My doctor, on top of being generally useless, won't address these issues and prescribed me meds I've already advised her don't work. The nausea can get to the point of me feeling like I will actually vomit, butt I never do. I've started also feeling discomfort in the upper right area of my abdomen (below my rib cage) and in the middle right section on my abdomen (near my belly button). Blood test show other than high RBC and low monocytes absolute, everything is normal. I've also had an abdominal ultrasound and was told that other than a mad on my kidney, everything else is normal as well. My whole life I've never been able to get full or feel full for longer than 15 mins. I'll eat and then shortly after feel like I never ate a thing. I'm only 25 years old, please help!

So, maybe this is very intertwined with your stress?  I hope things get better with the job.  I know bills piling up is scary (for me it is)---  so we're here to help talk about stuff like that.  I'm always happy to lend an ear!!

Well, it sounds complex!  Here is something that happened to me.  I had something similar to you a very long time ago. It went on for months.  Finally, I was given an endoscopy and they found I had an ulcer in my intestines.  This was due to a faulty valve issue and urine going back up into my intestines that they said was brought on most likely by stress.  ? Don't know if the stress part was true or not.  but regardless, I drank a chalky liquid and after months of stomach issue, was better within 4 days.

So, have you been to a GI doc?  It may be time for that.

and prepare yourself. They do often talk about symptoms as they relate to anxiety.  And for some people, they really do.  It was suggested to me.  I didn't really buy it at the time and it turned out I DID have a duodenal ulcer.  But for some people, they are under stress and anxiety that translates to stomach issues.

Does any of this sound relatable to you?

It actually does.  It started after a new job I had that I wasn't happy with (Feb 2018) and has been going on ever since (unemployed & no income), so it probably is stress related.  I will definitely look into that, thank you so much!

Hm, I get motion sickness very easily and riding in cars is uncomfortable for me. An empty stomach makes it worse. Okay, so do you have a fair amount of acid right now?  Like you have the occasional wet burp or any gerd?

Do you feel better when you eat?

No I don't and I don't always have acid when I'm nauseous. Sometimes eating helps, sometimes it doesn't.

Hi there.  So, I actually know exactly what you are talking about.  My son and I both have this phenomenon.  What it appears to be for us is low blood sugar.  We eat and it isn't exactly pleasant when we do it but after a little bit, we start to feel much better.  Is there a time of day that this happens more for you?

Thank you for responding! I was starting to think I wasn't ever going to get an answer lol.  No, unfortunately.  It's completely random. Included in all of that is now driving is also becoming an issue. I get a little nauseous driving, but it's tolerable.  I can't, however, be a passenger in a vehicle anymore.  The nausea then gets out of control.
