Stomach issues

I am a 32 yr old female. I started having stomach pain around the age of 12. It has been constant ever since. I did have my gallbladder removed back in 1998. It hurts constantly and even when I eat or drink anything the pain increases (or if I get hungry). I have had blood work, Upper GI, CT Scan, Gastroendoscopy and all have came back normal. Just hurts in the center of my stomach more than the rest of it and its tender if pressed upon. Was wondering on any suggestions.

I am not sure what they checked when they did the blood work or the scope. No other systems except stomach tenderness/pain

Have you been checked for the presence of H. pylori when the blood work or scope was done? There was no evidence of gastritis? Have you been checked for food intolerance issues? Any fatigue, rashes or 'brain-fog?' Any history of any GI issues that run in your family?

As stated I am 32 yrs old. It has been going on since I was 12. Just nausea from time to time but I think thats just because of my lack of gallbladder.
