Stomach pain for a year and reactive hypoglycemia

Hey! So, hopefully someone can relate to my story. I am a 30 yr old female, married, no children. I lead a very healthy lifestyle and workout 5 days a week. My body stats are 5'1 and 115 lbs.  I have no medical history, no surgeries, no meds...
I began having middle stomach pain in January 17. The pain would be worse after eating and wpuld radiate to my back. Both my husband and I work im the medical field, and with our knowledge thought it was gallstones. I called my primary and made an appt the following week. At the appt she agreed that it could be my gallbladder and scheduled an ultrasoumd and a cholesterol check. Of course, everything was normal, but the pain never stopped. Soon after I started having episodes of low blood sugar after a meal. I called my primary and she scheduled me with an endocrinologist. The lowest my blood sugar would get is 35. The endo explained that it could be a tumor called an insulinoma, which is very rare. He explained this would be the reason for my post prandial blood sugar, but he couldn't explain my stomach pain. He wanted to admit me to the hospital for a 72 hr fast, but my insurance didn't want to cover due to it being "elective". So, he put me on Precose and sent me on my way. A side effect of Precose is stomach pain, and boy it almost killed me. I called the nurse and she said to stop the meds. It has been a month and my stomach pains are worse. The pain is located under my sternum and radiates to mid back. When I eat a meal my lower abdomen cramps and hurts so bad I cannot stand up syraight. Every morning, like clock work, I have diarrhea. I have lost 5lbs ( not trying), and I am no longer able to workout. I have become increasingly weak. I have cut all gluten, dairy, processed foods from my diet. I can barely eat a regular meal due to the pain that comes quickly after eating. Of course this isn't good for my hypoglycemia, so I make sure I eat something small every few hours. I am making an appt with my primary again next week, because I can barely function anymore. If someone has gone through something similar please contact me!!
Thank you!!!
