Stool is all bloody mucus

I just finished antibiotics two days ago, took acidophiles and benadryl yesterday. Today I had stomach pains and I went to the bathroom and no poop came out only blood like mucus and clots. This happens about five times and now I think it subsided I don't know but its not as much. It's bright red, and km terrified that I'm bleeding internally or something, I will be seeing a doctor tomorrow, whats this sound like? I'm 17 f

(Update) sorry I keep remembering things. I closely examined the blood and it looks as though (I know it can't be ) but like mold, the way mold looks, like of like a thick web
