I have seem many doctors and the end result was IBS. After adjusting my eating and exercise habits I now have pain on my left side of the abdominal and I have red blood in my stool. What should I do?

You should ask your health care provider the right medication you should take. You can also add high-fiber foods to your diet. You should also avoid eating dairy products.
