Strange bowel movements after month long upper abdominal pain.

A few months ago I was having upper abdominal pain right in he middle of my stomach. I was seen at the doctors 3 times initially thinking it was heart burn or an ulcer. Put on pantaloc and sent for blood work and an ultrasound. Both came back fine. Had another episode and was put on Zantac. The pain is right in the middle and usually after I eat. Doesn’t go in to my throat and coffee and wine don’t bother me. Sometimes the pain is so bad I vomit. Feels like a gnawing pain in to my back. Haven’t had an episode in a while. However I started having strange bowel movements with strings of tissue almost every day. When investigates it falls apart almost like it’s just fiber of some sort. Non moving and don’t hold structure like worms would. No diarrhea. No vomiting. Occasional abdominal discomfort. Tired often. Any ideas?
