Strange elements in my stool

while I understand that this site does not substitute a medical advice, I was wondering if anyone ever seen this. No doctor could ever explain to me, what's wrong and I am worried, that something is really wrong.

About long time ago, maybe even a year, I started seeing strange elements that look like undigested food in my stool. These look like a corn kernel or a bean with color ranging from white to brown, sized from half to two and a half of thumb nail area. They come out 4-8 times a month, each time between 2 and 10 of them varied in size and color.

I worry, that these are parasites, but no test could show anything. My other symptoms are strange twitching feelings in some parts of my body, such as knees, back of my things and back muscles.

I am based in North America, but I used to live in south east asia, no doctor seems to entertain this.

Yep, have had it.  And have read about it.  Good times.  My understanding is that white specks are more indicative of parasites. But you describe what looks more like curds?  Here is a general little guide on poop and things to pay attention to.  https://www.hopkinsmedicine.org/health/wellness-and-prevention/5-things-your-poop-can-tell-you-about-your-health  There is something called caisen curds which is protein that has difficulty being digested.
