Strange feeling in my anus

Hi. English is not my native language , so I will try to explain my problem. For a month now I am having a feeling in my anus, like nerve shaking (don't know how to call it) , like peple have it in the eye sometimes, or in arms. This happens often during the day, and sometimes at night. Beaside that, I disn't notice any other symptom. Can anyone tell what it could be? Thank you

If it felt like a vibration I experienced it. The reason I was having it was because I starting taking vitamin E pills, I stopped taking them and it went away.
