Terminology spelling

I am a court reporter, and in a medical hearing the term stool aguyak was mentioned.  I've spelled aguyak phonetically but I know that can't be right.  Can anyone help?  

The exact phrase was that the doctor did a rectal but there was no stool aguyak.

It is probably a Guiac test which is a test for occult blood in a stool.  I hope that this helps...
