Undiagnosed stomach - 6 months of nonstop pain

Started with itching and brown flat spots on penile head. Itching was mostly in groin but also on legs and arms.

A dull pain in lower abdomen and testicles.

Pain was there everyday until 2 months later when the gnawing burning pain in chest became so unbearable I went to the ER. By this time the itching has mostly subsided.

At 6 months later, the itching has returned but more mild than it was at the beginning of all of this. The stomach pain in there all day everyday but fluctuates from mild to mild-medium. I now have developed back pain. Sometimes lower but mostly mid-upper back. Like the pain right below my chest bone radiates directly back. I have bloating and gas almost everyday. My stools are loose with mucus.

I have lost a total of 15 lbs.

I had an unremarkable CT scan, a "clean" endoscopy with biopsy, a "clean" colonoscopy with biopsy, unremarkable stool & urine tests, & several blood tests that have pretty much all been normal. Some exceptions have been an ALT of 44ml, and a high b12 & folate. No allergies or autoimmune disorders.

Looking for direction or feedback. I can provide more information if needed. I felt this was enough to get started...

One more note is that in 6 months this pain has never not been around for one single minute.

Did any of your doctors check for a yeast or bacterial overgrowth? If you haven't, I would suggest trying to find a holistic doctor to speak with. A lot of western medicine doesn't take things like yeast overgrowth serious even though they can cause huge issues.
If you aren't on a probiotic I suggest taking one, 7 or more strains with 30 billion or more cultures.
