Yellow diarrhea, back and side pain

For the past few weeks I've had a pain in my right side as well as pain in my lower back. I've also had yellow stool and diarrhea. I've had lab work done since that showed my liver and kidneys to be functioning fine as well as a CT scan that showed everything to be normal outside of a large amount of gerd a swollen lymph noid and some scarring from acid reflux. Could this be because of the gerd or am I looking at something more serious?
