Upper abdomen pain and blushing

I have been experiencing mild but irritating aches and pains accross my abdomen for almost a year now. Recently the pains seem more centred immediately below my lower right rib and are often worse after eating when they may also be accompanied by facial flushing which lasts for 30 minutes to an hour or so. Are these simptoms likely to indicate a gallbladder problem?

Yes I have reported these symptoms to my doctor who tested for carcinoid syndrome and this proved negative.

Rocky, is the blushing you're describing anything like flushing - redness or a coloration of your face and neck, or upper body and a warm sensation? Have you mentioned the symptoms to your doc?

The symptoms could be related to gallbladder issues, however there is a condition that is characterized by abdominal pain and flushing. So have you seen your doc?
