The smell coming out without even Farting

Hey guys I'm suffering from a problem in which I don't have gas and even when I'm not farting the smell comes out. I don't know where form the smell is coming out but it is coming out... It has ruined my life. I have also consulted a gastroenterologist and he has also prescribed me some tablets and capsules multiple times but it has not worked and my problem has not been solved..it has ruined my life and I'm 18 years old and I can't go to College for studies and even can't go to friends gathering and family gathering.. plzzz if someone knows the treatment of my problem or knows that who I should consult for this problem so plzzz tell me fast and urgent it has ruined my life..
