Pancreatic cyst (IPMN) and back pain, gall blader?

Hi and thanks for reading.
Over the last week I have had an increasing pain in my middle back thats currently radiating to the left.
The pain is bearable but I'm concerned if may be related to either my gallblader( I had a ultrasound 4 months ago where sludge was found) or my pancreas (I have a 13mm IPMN branch cyst that was detected at the beginning of the year) I was advised that unless it gets bigger its unlikely to become cancerous (I am to get a MRI in a years time to check growth). I have been nauseous and bloated and passing mucus in stools and without stools.
Cant get an appointment with my general dr for 4 days. I occasionally have pain in my upper left area of stomach, its gone now.
Past history of thyroiditis and bowel obstruction due to nodular adhesions (cause of adhesions unknown) .
Just want to know if I should be concerned that the back pain could be related or should I just pop a paracetamol ?
Thanks!!!

Also I rather young, 30 and lost about 10% of my normal healthy weight 12 months ago before the bowel obstruction, Ive manage to gain with a lot of effort about 2kg and weigh 58kg at the moment , under weight for my heigh 5'9.
